The 45 Anniversary of Terry Fox’s run across Canada in 1980 was celebrated by a ride across Canada for eight cyclists who were led my Terry’s younger brother Darrell Fox.
Professional Photographers of Canada had its members volunteer to cover each leg of the journey.
I myself covered from Wawa to Sault Ste. Marie over a three day period.
There were stops in Wawa, Ontario, Batchewana Bay, Ontario, Haviland Bay, Ontario, Heyden, Ontario and Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.
Over the three days it was a wide range of weather and a testiment to their dedication as a team and for a cause.
Every year a Terry Fox Run is held nationally and this years run will take place on September 14th, 2025.
